Mindfulness and Meditation

Jim was a student and practitioner of Indo-Tibetan Buddhism for over ten years. He’s completed the entire both Sutra and Tantra series of Asian Classics institute, and has taught philosophy and meditation. He’s completed 3 solo medium-length meditation retreats (4-5 weeks each). He also does a little yoga, but not certified as a teacher.

Meditation Equipment

While he’s not so religious about it anymore, Jim recognizes the powerful positive changes to physical and mental health that mindfulness practices can create in one. This has also been born out by scientific research. Jim is a full qualified teacher, but please don’t call him “Lama.”
