Someone might ask, “So, Jim, I read how you changed your lifestyle in mid-life, without paying a Health and Wellness Coach, so why do I need one?”
Well first of all, I was under-employed and dead broke. I couldn’t pay for one if I wanted. But since I was under-employed, I had lots of time to ask myself what would make me happy — what I could change. I had to figure out what I had control over, what I could influence, and what I had no control over.
One of the things, I realized I could control, was what I did to my body and health. I talk about that in Captain of your Own Ship.
If you are lucky enough be underemployed, broke, and have plenty of time, you can ask the deep questions, come up with some things to do to change, and hold yourself to them.
Most of what a coach does is ask those questions. You’ll be amazed what answers come out when they do. When I get coached, I always surprise myself.
If you don’t, you could really use a Health and Wellness Coach. One like me, as a matter of fact.
Let’s talk. a Free 15-minute Discovery Call, by definition, doesn’t cost anything.
